I tied my bike to a flagpole that I have never seen a flag fly on only for the ROTC to tell me it was disrespectful. How is this disrespectful if there is no flag flying? I have great respect for our soldiers and would proudly serve if I must but I see no disrespect in this. Comments?

If there is no flag flying, then there is nothing disrespectful. JROTC kids are always making up their own rules.
